This project involved the tenant finish of an existing warehouse building for BLCC, transforming the space to meet the specific operational requirements of the tenant. The scope included comprehensive plumbing installations to support the new layout, ensuring functionality, compliance, and efficiency.

Scope of Work

• Plumbing System Installation:
  • Designed and installed plumbing systems to accommodate the warehouse's specific needs, including water supply and drainage.
  • Implemented infrastructure for restrooms, utility sinks, and other facility requirements.
• Fixture Installation:
  • Installed commercial-grade fixtures, including sinks, toilets, and faucets, to handle the demands of a warehouse environment.

• Mechanical Room Setup:
